Mail an Kunden: "comScore and Adobe Announce DAx Acquisition by Adobe"

"Here at comScore, we're proud of the Digital Analytix® offering we have built and more importantly, we are very proud of the impressive roster of customers that use it to run their business. However, in order to remain a competitive, enterprise-caliber offering, Digital Analytix requires continuous investment in its strategic direction, positioning, and support. Investing in an enterprise analytics platform is not entirely aligned with comScore's mission of making audiences and advertising more valuable across all the screens that matter.

As such, we are pleased to share with you that on November 5th, 2015, Adobe and comScore announced that Adobe plans to acquire the technology and contracts of the comScore Digital Analytix business. The deal is expected to officially close in December 2015.

What does this mean for you, our valued customer? This is a great opportunity for Digital Analytix to have a home where enterprise analytics is a strong and strategic focus. We are confident that working with Adobe will strongly benefit our Digital Analytix customers.
Moving forward, comScore and Adobe are both committed to ensuring that the transition for each Digital Analytix client is as smooth as possible. Your existing Digital Analytix contract will continue to be honored by Adobe and serviced by comScore. Your comScore Account Managers will continue to be your primary points of contact, and will provide you with further information as this transition progresses.

Once the deal closes, a dedicated team consisting of both Adobe and comScore employees will be tasked with ensuring continuity of operations, as well as streamlined communications with you. Until that time, we will continue to offer our services independently as we always have in the past. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please reach out to your Account Manager, or directly to us.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work through this transition. We look forward to this exciting new chapter of our businesses as we continue to provide innovative analytics solutions to our clients.

Best Regards,
Fernando Gonzalez
